In an effort to post more frequently, here I am!
An update to the many wonderful water issues: the roof has stopped leaking, the flood damage next door has remained next door, and the hot water tank is full and functioning. I am still baffled that someone thought it was a good idea to remove the water shut off valve, but I will get over that one day. I must admit I am nervously listening to the repairs happening next door...it looks like he is replacing the ruined laminate flooring with tile...could that be he worried about further flooding?????
The Vancouver rain has finally stopped ( it's a good thing, I am about done with water) and the sun is out and HOT! This is shaping up to be a great weekend! ( I might even break out the Barbeque tomorrow!)
